“Life continues,” were Louie’s words of wisdom when I showed him the photo I had taken of a deer and her spotted fawn – the second time this morning that we had crossed paths with them while on our walk. I will think of these sightings as a sign of good luck. Or that powers out in the universe are telling us that things are going to be okay -- along with other positive themes I encountered in recent days. A monarch waystation. A mosaic bench at St. Rita’s High School. And tea towels at Savor the Flavor gift shop.
